Welcome!
The city is where a lot of role playing takes place. This is where people meet, hang out, and where ORCAS look for the piece to wake Morey. A friendly place, with cafes, theaters, shops and parks. But watch out for the black market as you delve deeper into the city, people are liable to pick pocket, steal, or even kill.  

Rules for the city
1. Look at the forum rules. Please read through the forum rules and information before you post here, make sure you understand what this is about!
2. Fighting rules. There will be fights between ORCAS and SAGE here, so that is okay. But they will mostly be in the poorer parts of town, the black market and such. Please keep this in mind as you role play.
3. Shops and other things. As I can't make all the shops, you can make some. You may make one shop per user not character. I don't want this to be swamped with shops and entertainment that isn't being used. The shop forms are located here. Please use them.
